Rich, a veteran of broadcast television production joined the Portland Rose Festival in 2006 as a seasonal public relations assistant. As public Relations Manager, Rich coordinates all traditional media outreach and requests. Rich manages the Festival’s community relations program and works closely with the marketing director and social media manager to assure consistent messaging through all forms.
